In 1998, with 35 and 25 years of experience respectively, Rick Chamberlin and Rose Mary Raccio formed a unique partnership combining their extensive knowledge, diverse talents, and love for the real estate business into one of the area's most respected and successful firms. They named it REALTY PARTNERS.

Rick was the third generation owner of Chamberlin Realty, established by his grandfather in 1907. Rose Mary owned ReMax towne center, the successor firm to Royal Real Estate, established in 1982.
